Terms of Use

By using JustDesk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. The service
JustDesk is a remote access app that lets you view another device's screen and, with that person's permission, control it. It is offered for Android and Windows. iOS devices can only be viewed (an iOS restriction), not controlled.
2. Account
- You need an account (email and password, or Google) and a verified email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done with your account. Do not transfer your account.
- You must be over 18.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time (Delete account).
3. Permission, and no unauthorized access
Important warning: If someone you do not know asks you to connect, claiming to be "support", "your bank" or "a courier", do not accept. Scammers use remote access apps. JustDesk will never ask you for a password or PIN, and nobody can approve a connection for you.
- You may connect only to your own devices or devices whose owner has given you explicit permission.
- It is forbidden to access a device without permission, deceive or defraud anyone, spy secretly, distribute malware, overload the service, try to bypass its safeguards (approval, PIN, rate limits, quotas) or reverse-engineer it to disrupt it.
- Any unlawful use is forbidden and is the user's responsibility.
4. Plans, rights and time limits
- Free plan: connection time and daily connection rights are limited. Current limits are shown in the app. On Android you can earn extra rights by watching an optional rewarded ad.
- Pro plan: no ads and no time limit. The subscription is bought through Google Play; price and period are shown at purchase.
- Rights are per account. Limits are enforced on the server; we may change limits and plans (your already-paid period is protected).
5. Subscription, payment and refunds
Subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Google Play's terms. You can cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions at any time; Pro stays until the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription automatically; you must cancel it separately.
6. Availability
We provide the service with care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure. Some features depend on your device, network and operating system (for example, a connection may not be possible between some networks).
7. Intellectual property
The JustDesk app, name, icon and code belong to JustDesk. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profit, damage users cause to each other, or actions the other person takes during a connection you allowed. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Suspension and termination
We may warn, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can end your use at any time by deleting your account.
10. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, consumer courts and consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
