Delete your account

You can delete your JustDesk account and its data at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

• Open JustDesk and sign in.
• In Settings, tap Delete my account.
• Read the warning and tap Send code; a 6-digit code is emailed to your account address.
• Enter the code and tap Delete permanently. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email (if you cannot use the app)

Send an email titled "Delete account" to support@justdesk.com.tr from your account's email address. We verify you through that address and complete your request as soon as possible and within 30 days.

What is deleted?

• Your email address, password hash and Google link,
• All devices registered to your account (device IDs and keys) and open sessions,
• Your usage-right, rewarded-ad and subscription records on our servers,
• Open device connections are closed.

Good to know

• This cannot be undone.
• Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled automatically. If you have Pro, cancel it separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, otherwise Google keeps charging you.
• Deleted data may stay in our daily security backups for up to 7 more days and is then deleted automatically. Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• Local data on your device (settings, history list) is removed by uninstalling the app or signing out.
• You can register again later with the same email address; your old data does not come back.
